The online registration is closed. It is possible to register on site in Regensburg.

Registration fees

All prices are subject to 19% German VAT.
NB: It is required by the local authorities that we charge local VAT, hence the reverse charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible for attendees, that are taxable persons in another EU country or established outside EU, to receive an invoice without local VAT. This general rule follows from article 53 & 55 of the EU VAT Directive.

*The ESTP member fee is only valid for members of ESTP. The membership system and registration system are linked together. Therefore, if you are not a paying member of ESTP you will not be able to see the fee for members when you log-in to register for the congress.

NB: Please remember to use the e-mail which you have used for your membership registration when registering for the congress.

**Only accepted abstract submitters can register as an abstract presenter. The ECTP 2017 Secretariat reserves the right to change the participant type, if a submitted abstract is rejected. The additional registration costs will be covered by the participant.

Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms have been reserved for the congress participants.
These rooms can be booked at favourable prices.

Congress dinner

The congress dinner will be held on 29 March 2017 at the Restaurant Haus Heuport which is located in the centre of Regensburg with a magnificent view to the St Peter Cathedral.  Participants will be served a four course traditional Bavarian dinner with excellent wines or beer. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased seperately via the online registration. Ticket price: € 60 (incl. VAT)

Special dietary requirements

Please remember to indiciate in the online registration if you have any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, allergies etc.).

Terms & Conditions

Payment
Payment can be made online via credit card or after registration by bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer are due 14 days after date of invoice (registration date). All expenses in relation to transfers should be covered by the issuer. Payment must clearly state participant name and invoice number.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the ECTP 2017 Congress Secretariat. Cancellations postmarked before 1 February 2017 will be refunded deducting a handling fee of € 60 per participant.

Cancellation of the congress dinner postmarked before 1 February 2017 will be refunded deducting a handling fee of € 10 per participant.

After 1 February 2017, registration fees and congress dinner are non-refundable.

NB! If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
